Advance material handling price is $1.50 per lb.
Shipments should arrive between Monday, October 19, 2026 and Friday, October 30, 2026 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee.
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, October 30, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.
