  • Advance Material Handling price $1.50 per lbs
  • Shipments should arrive between Monday, May 19, 2025 and Friday, May 30, 2025 Between 9am-3pm. Monday-Friday 
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 30, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
  • Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on the Form Library option in the left hand menu
