Additional Advance Shipment Information

• Advance Material Handling price $1.65 per lbs
• Shipments should arrive between Friday, June 5, 2026 and Thursday, June 18, 2026 Between 9am-3pm. Monday-Friday 
• All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
• Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, June 18, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
• Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on the Form Library option in the left hand menu.
• Mackenzie Exhibit will accept pallets, Crates and Boxed materials beginning Friday June 5th, 2026, at the Advance Warehouse. Material arriving after Thursday, June 18th, 2026 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after-deadline charge. Please note that the Mackenzie Warehouse does not accept Hazard materials or freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, or Freight beyond the dimensions of 103" H x 93" W. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments. Small Boxes

Please send small boxes to the Advance warehouse to avoid delays. Shipments CAN NOT be received at the Convention Center.

Direct Shipments

• Direct Material Handling Price is $1.65 per lbs 
• Direct shipments will be accepted on Saturday, June 20, 2026 Thursday-Saturday 8am-4pm
• Please print the direct shipment labels by clicking on the Form Library option in the left hand menu
• Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours.

POV

Please Report to the Docks located on The east end of the Hall drive up door, there will be a Mackenzie Team desk to check in at.

Freight and packages are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. The Material Handling Charge is for Materials received (boxes or Freight) to the Advance warehouse or Direct to show by Mackenzie Exhibit and placed into your booth space. Please Refer to Boomer for Charging rates. 

DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION 

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the Convention Center by Thursday, June 25th, 2026 at 11:59pm
To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the Convention Center by the Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check in by Thursday, June 25th by 7 pm. In the event your carrier fails to show up before the move-out deadline, Mackenzie Exhibit reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier at Exhibitors Expense.
