Additional Advance Shipment Information
  • Advance Material Handling price $1.50 per lbs
  • Shipments should arrive between Friday, May 15, 2026 and Friday, May 29, 2026 Between 9am-3pm. Monday-Friday 
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 29, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
