Additional Advance Shipment Information

• Advance Material Handling price $1.50 per lbs
• Shipments should arrive between Friday, May 15, 2026 and Friday, May 29, 2026 Between 9am-3pm. Monday-Friday 
• All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
• Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 29, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Direct Shipments

• Direct Material Handling Price is $1.50 per lbs 
• Direct shipments will be accepted on Thursday, June 4, 2026 Thursday-Saturday 8am-4pm
• Please print the direct shipment labels by clicking on the Form Library option in the left hand menu
• Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours
